An exhibit entitled “Sai Gon palettes,” which includes more than 100 paintings, is being held at the Ho chi minh city Fine Arts Museum in District 1 until Sept. 14.
The artworks, made of lacquer, acrylic, silk and powder, reflect the beauty of the land and people of Viet nam as well as the daily life on the coast and mountainous areas.
The works were produced by well-know painters who are teachers at fine arts colleges in the city, including Nguyen Thi Tam, Ta Kim Dung, Dang Thi Duong, Cao Thi Duoc, Tran Chau, Le The Danh, Nguyen The Hung, Nguyen Nhu Khoi and Nguyen Van Hao.
The museum is located at 97A Pho Duc Chinh Street.
